Personal data that we process

ACTLytics B.V. processes your personal data on account of you using our services and/or because you have provided them to us yourself. Information that ACTLytics B.V. may need or might be necessary from you in the context of the purposes described below and that ACTLytics B.V. in any case and at least are processed, concern

Does ACTLytics B.V. also process special personal data

Special personal data is sensitive data, for example about health or criminal history, ethnic data or data concerning race. ACTLytics B.V. does not process special personal data. 

Why we need your data

Once you have come to an agreement with ACTLytics B.V., we want to serve you well. We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services.
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products.
  • To deliver goods and services to you.
  • If we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.
  • Data can also be used for promotional or marketing purposes, which are proportionate to the type of service provided by ACTLytics B.V. For example, to inform you via our newsletter about a new activity of ACTLytics B.V. How long do we keep the data?

ACTLytics B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing with others/provision of data to third parties

ACTLytics B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Maintaining website visits (public area)

ACTLytics B.V. has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data and to protect it against loss, alteration, misuse or against any (other) form of unlawful processing. Every person who works at ACTLytics B.V. has access to and/or processes personal data, is obliged to maintain confidentiality of that data, insofar as not provided otherwise by law or regulation. In the event that ACTLytics B.V. uses the services of third parties, ACTLytics B.V. make agreements regarding the necessary security measures in the context of the protection of personal data. Your privacy rights

When you make a request for access, correction, opposition or deletion of your personal data, ACTLytics B.V. will inform you about this within 5 working days. You can submit this request to info@actlytics.com.
